As Plant Manager, Allen has over 40 years of experience in the meat industry. He has made his mark managing slaughter facilities and leading branded product development teams across the United States.
His vast knowledge base extends from fabrication production and floor harvesting to running boxed beef programs with sales and exporting. Allen was drawn to Tejas Premium Meats due to the state-of-the-art facility and humane treatment of all-natural raised cattle. He is our primary contact for any problems that need resolution.
Warren brings to the Tejas team over 40 years of business process and project management skills. He spent 10 of those years managing multiple teams across the US, implementing business production applications including a national end-user support center.
He recently spent 5 years supporting B2B sales and managed the eCommerce sales for a Texas harvesting plant.
Warren is currently responsible for all of the Tejas office operations and plant production technology.
Although he is responsible for all the Tejas inventory, his duties do not end there. Nick makes sure that production products are moved, stored, exported and maintained at the right temperature according to customer requests and government regulations. He is also the contact for customer requests in releasing and shipping product. His logistic skills are used in moving product across the US and into other countries.
Nick has been working in warehousing and logistics for more than 20 years and has experience in multiple areas starting with appliance distribution to welding supplies. He also has experience with agricultural chemicals and has now been managing warehouse staff in the beef production industry for more than 8 years.
As the Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager, Hannah keeps our Plant operating within all government regulations.
With a bachelor’s in animal sciences and a minor in production agriculture from Ohio State, Hannah comes to TPM from a position as a meat inspector for the state of Ohio where she inspected red meat slaughter, processing and fully cooked products.
She also spent time as a USDA poultry inspector in Southern Texas.
She was raised on a small farm in Ohio and grew up learning animal husbandry first hand with responsibility for the family's horses, beef cattle and hogs.
Deborah is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and all financial reporting. She graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Taxation degrees. She became a CPA in 2005 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Deborah worked in public accounting for fifteen years, where she gained experience in financial reporting, taxation, small business consulting and auditing.
She gives through community Civic activities by contributing her time and talents. She has volunteered her services over the years for United Way of Greater Hill County, Boys and Girls Club as well as holding a position on the board of director for the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
Patti brings to Tejas Premium Meats over 35 years of professional service experience. Her career has spanned many years from supporting a family business through assisting a CPA firm for over a decade.
In both environments her skill sets were used in managing office environments, assisting owners and staff and also providing assistance to clients and customers.
Patti fills our office and phone communications with unending smiles and fabulous customer service. She will do whatever it takes to find the solution for any issue.
