As Plant Manager, Allen has over 40 years of experience in the meat industry. He has made his mark managing slaughter facilities and leading branded product development teams across the United States. 

His vast knowledge base extends from fabrication production and floor harvesting to running boxed beef programs with sales and exporting. Allen was drawn to Tejas Premium Meats due to the state-of-the-art facility and humane treatment of all-natural raised cattle. He is our primary contact for any problems that need resolution.

As Operations Manager, Alfredo brings 36 years of experience in the meat industry. He has extensive knowledge on the harvest side, but is currently focusing on fabrication as well. 

Alfredo was drawn to Tejas Premium Meats due to the family oriented owners.

Patti brings to Tejas Premium Meats over 35 years of professional service experience. Her career has spanned many years from supporting a family business through assisting a CPA firm for over a decade. 

In both environments her skill sets were used in managing office environments, assisting owners and staff and also providing assistance to clients and customers.

Patti fills our office and phone communications with unending smiles and fabulous customer service. She will do whatever it takes to find the solution for any issue.

Deborah is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and all financial reporting. She graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Taxation degrees. She became a CPA in 2005 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Deborah worked in public accounting for fifteen years, where she gained experience in financial reporting, taxation, small business consulting and auditing. 

She gives through community Civic activities by contributing her time and talents. She has volunteered her services over the years for United Way of Greater Hill County, Boys and Girls Club as well as holding a position on the board of director for the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
